We will look at the end of the great war and the situation that arose in Germany from its ending a situation that encouraged the growth of many radical groups like the NSDAP.
We will go on to look at the impact of the treaty of Versailles both economic and political.
We will then consider the origins of the NSDAP and Hitler’s Hitler’s role within it, the high inflation of 1923 and its consequences. From the failure of the Munich putsch and Hitler’s imprisonment and the decline of the party between 1924 and 1929. We will then look at the impact of the great depression and the sudden rise of the Nazis in the early 1930s.
